Not happy with your purchase? Don’t worry, we have your back! Bare Baggy offers a hassle-free 7-days return from the date of delivery and a 100% refund policy.

We only replace/return items if they are defective or damaged hence it is strongly advised to see the size chart and product features before placing the orders. If you received a defective item it needs to be reported to Bare Baggy with product image within 48 hours at support@barebaggy.com

Customers are responsible for sending the return package back to our warehouse to the below-mentioned address. If you are shipping an item over ₹ 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee any damages or loss during the transit of your return.

Exchanges – are applicable for the same product and the return shipping charges would be given back in the form of store credits (Coupon Code) not greater than ₹100/. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Returns - We have a 100% refund policy that is easy and fast. If in case you have received a defective item and wish not to exchange the same, the refund would be in the form of store credits (coupon code) worth 100% of the order value including the return shipping charges not greater than ₹100/- This will be valid for 6 months.

Cash Refund - As an alternative, you can opt for a cash refund. However, in this case, the return shipping charges are not payable by Bare Baggy in any form.

Please Note: Purchased items are only eligible for return or exchange after successful verification. Bare Baggy reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the following conditions are not met

Return/Refund Eligibility - Returns are only applicable on manufacturing defects hence it is advised to see the size chart carefully as brands have different sizes and measures. Your product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. While sending the products, ensure that the original tags are intact. The quality team will run a verification process after receiving the products at our warehouse. The refund/exchange will be processed only after successful verification. Once the exchange is done the customer is not entitled to receive another return/exchange.

Cancellations - We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order. Just send us an email at support@barebaggy.com with your order number and we will do the needful. There is no cancellation charges within 12 hours or if the order has not been shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@barebaggy.com

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+d784498cba2d40e98ac29829ed382efb@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
